National EMS & Firefighters Pride Alliance News and Information:

Honor Guard: We are in the process of forming Honor Guards to be deployed to parades, funerals and memorial services. If you have any experience with Honor Guards, or if you play any musical instrument associated with a marching band please contact us.

State Representatives: We are looking for people to step forward to become their state representative. State representatives will be the liaison between their home state and the governing board of the NEFPA. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, conducting meetings, organizing and membership recruitment. Interested persons should contact us. Qualifications: State Representative must be an active member of a recognized EMS of Fire Service Agency.  

EMS/FIREFIGHTER 2012 Calendar: We are putting together a calendar for 2012. If you are interested in being in the calendar as a model, or you have a photo of you at work, in your uniform performing a Firefighting or EMS function, and would like to be included for consideration, please contact us by way of the contact page. All proceeds from the calendar sales will go directly to the Grant and Scholarship fund.

Event and Education Services: We offer event standby services for Pride Parades and other events in which the presence of a first aid station, or roving first aid services are required. In the future we will be providing educational services. Please use the contact page to get further information.

Pride Parade Participation: The NEFPA looks forward to attending as many GLBT Pride Parade celebrations as we possibly can. We do have guidelines and a code of conduct for those NEFPA members representing the NEFPA at these events. Please check with your state representative or contact us directly for the guidelines and code of conduct.
